In January 2020, the Lindy Institute hosted a charrette to gather input on how to develop the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery site. The Lindy Institute is developing a community-informed vision for the Lower Schuylkill in partnership with the Clean Air Council, and conducted surveys for the site’s future. This briefing book was used at the charrette to inform the groups on the site’s history, statistics, comparable case studies, displaying survey results, and many other assets.
